Prader-Willi Syndrome

Prader-Willi Syndrome is a genetic disorder which affects the hypothalamus, the part of the brain that normally controls feelings of fullness or hunger.  Individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome never feel full and have a constant urge to eat which they cannot control.
